This is our first year with Perillo Property Maintenance and they have lived up to all of the rave reviews we found when researching a vendor for mosquito and tick control. We had some issues after our first treatment with mosquitos coming back but Shawn came back and retreated as soon as he heard there was an issue. I really appreciated that prior to taking us on, Shawn spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with us to determine what we needed and what our expectations were. I contacted Perillo Property maintenance via Facebook messenger on a Sunday morning for a super small job - my mailbox fell down! I received a response within the hour and by the end of the day the owner was at my house for an estimate and timeframe and the next day it was fixed when I wasn’t even home. He sent me pictures to show the work completed and an invoice within an hour to my email - which I paid in three clicks on my phone with Apple Pay! It was a super small job but mailboxes are crucial, so it was a big job to me. Thank you for being a local businessperson to be appreciated.

Perillo and his team have done many jobs for my such as mowing, trimming, aeration and his most recent and new service mosquito and tick spraying. All his services are great always good communication when something changes such as weather or any emergencies he might run into on the job. Work is always done well and they always clean up well after themselves. But this review I would like to really focus on one that blew me away. The tick and mosquito treatment. I was having a party for my daughter and he had an opening the same day and was able to fit me in. He assured it was safe for pets and people it’s just good to let it dry out for an hour I’m guessing so you don’t track it back into the house. As the party died down and the sun set I took a min to sit outside and noticed we weren’t getting swarmed by bugs. We didn’t have any of our lanterns on just a bug lamp that turns on once it gets dark enough. Which usually is going off every second around that time. But this time I was here 1-2 with long pauses in between. My wife was so happy with the product that we may do it for the summer until the weather starts dropping. Ask about their multi service packages and they may have a special discount that month. At lease have them stop by for a quote and chat with Shawn.

Shawn was great to deal with, he was professional, very quick to respond and answered all of our questions and was even able to come out same day to start our fertilizer and tick service with him. Shawn made sure that we had all of our questions answered and was very helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We are coming from another service provider who was not as communicative or timely so I was very hesitant but it has been a wonderful experience so far and can’t thank him enough!
